F.A.Q’s

If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us directly or submit your question here:

1.Do we book hotels internationally?

Yes, we book groups all over the world.

2.What do we charge you for our services?

This depends on the needs of your group. Normally as long as we confirm your booking at a hotel, the hotel pays us a commission for bringing them the business.

3.Does the commission cause the room rate to increase?

Hotels always offer the most competitive pricing in order to “secure” or “win” the business whether it is Commissionable or non Commissionable.

4.Do we book long term stays?

Yes, we book any length of stay from 1-30 plus nights

5.Do we book corporate apartments for long term stays?

We have partnerships with several corporate housing companies and can manage this for you if you prefer your crew stay in a more residential style location rather than a hotel.

6.Do we work with Airbnb or Home Away?

No, we do not work with Any of these types of companies.
We are happy to conduct these searches for you for a small fee.

7.Can we negotiate a better rate than any corporate or national brand representative ?

YES... of course we can. We represent you, our client. A brand representative works for and on behalf of their company. Our job is to negotiate the lowest possible rate for you by leveraging your business across brands to ensure the hotel bids are as low as they possibly can be. As long as you go through Us and do not allow a representative access to your business, we will always negotiate a better rate than someone directly representing the brand.

8.What are the benefits of working with CRI instead of going direct to the hotel?

If your car breaks down, do you try to fix it by yourself, or take it to a mechanic to fix it? We work with dozens of hotels on a daily basis—our relationships with hotels stem back 20 plus years so have the experience & connections that will ensure you receive the best overall deals. We also provide a level of customer service that is unparalleled. Seeing is believing.
